The Curious Game – Born in a Taxi

Wildly imaginative, totally unpredictable ….. absurdly comic.
- dB Magazine Adelaide

Originally commissioned by the Chookas Festival at the Victorian Arts Centre, this performance by internationally renowned local theatre troupe Born in a Taxi is not to be missed!

With the pomp and ceremony of ridiculous rituals and eccentric dance, odd characters from an over sized chess board come to life to conduct an interactive board game, where no one knows what the rules are, and everyone’s a winner. A bossy Queen, a stupid knight and a pawn with a touch of cunning, conduct an absurd and humorous game for all ages. Where the aim of the game is to find out……….. what the game is?

To celebrate the launch of the first Winter Kid’s Festival, for a limited time, you can buy 2 tickets for the price of 1. See below for more details.

Each performance will offer it’s own delicious moments and considering Born in a Taxi’s history, none will disappoint.
