We are now seeking expressions of interest from suitable
parties in the development and operation of the café (fourth floor) and coffee shop (entry level).
We envisage that the operator will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience operating a similar facility within the food
service industry
- An ability to manage a multi-site operation
- An understanding of basic catering for events and
venues
- Proven track record of business success
- Proven interest in local community and/or the arts will
be an advantage.
