A great range of fresh produce and handmade local foods are on offer at every market – straight from the farmer to you! The Substation Farmers' Market is held on the first and third Sunday of every month and is brought to you by Melbourne Farmers' Markets, who deliver Melbourne's biggest and best accredited farmers' markets.

Melbourne Farmers’ Markets has the important accreditation from the Victorian Farmers' Market Association. This means, as a customer you have the assurance that you are buying fresh seasonal produce directly from the person who produced it.

The Substation Farmer's Market is a new venture for Melbourne Farmers’ Markets, which also runs long-established markets at Collingwood Children's Farm, Abbotsford Convent and Gasworks Arts Park.

The Substation Artists’ Market has raised its profile of being one of the best arts and craft markets in Melbourne.

In the beautiful setting of The Substation building, the market offers over 40 local artists and designers of contemporary fashion, jewellery, ceramics, art and design. Every market also includes live music by local musicians.

Boasting creative character and a bustling shopping experience, The Substation Artists’ Market is on the first Sunday of every month (except January) from 10am until 3pm.
